William Moroka
Strategy & Execution
With over 20 years leading sales distribution across South Africa from the branch floor to the provincial boardroom, he understands how financial services strategy is won or lost in its execution. Part of the early teams that shaped both Capitec Bank and Old Mutual Finance into the institutions they are today, he brings the rare perspective of an executive who has built from the ground up and scaled with discipline. As Provincial General Manager at Old Mutual Finance, he directed large-scale operations across the Free State, Northern Cape, North West and Gauteng, converting national strategy into measurable commercial outcomes through regional leadership and distribution economics. He brings together strategic vision and execution rigour, identifying market opportunities, architecting practical growth strategies and driving implementation through to results. His edge is in bridging strategic intent and operational reality: where analytical insight meets human behaviour. Grounded in the dynamics of African markets and communities, William architects distribution systems built not just to scale but to endure.
Charl Nel
Voice & Vision
With 15 years as Head of Communications at Capitec Bank and experience across several advertising agencies, he is a seasoned media spokesperson who thrives in high-stakes situations. He has guided brands through complex transitions, crises, and rapid growth, translating strategy into stories that resonate and inspire action.
